Foundation Level (Grades 9-10):
40+ hours including healthcare career exploration, basic health and safety training, job shadowing, facility tours, guest speaker sessions, industry panels, and simulated patient care scenarios.
Development Level (Grade 11):
40+ hours including skills-based training in school labs and simulation centers, mentorship programs with healthcare professionals, service learning in community health settings, and participation in health fairs and screening events.
Application Level (Grade 12):
40+ hours including clinical rotations and internships at healthcare facilities, advanced simulations and capstone projects, industry certifications, leadership roles in health initiatives, and dual enrollment clinical components.
